Scars often represent a big issue especially due to the difficult therapeutic approach. In particular, the inward faced ones are particularly difficult to treat. The diagnostic framework is fundamental for the therapeutic goal. The study evaluates the proposed diagnostic-therapeutic algorithm, as well as proposing a minimally invasive reference technique.
